Rory was born and raised in Chicago before joining the US military, eventually becoming an active member of Special Operations. He has spent his career working around the world, and living on both coasts. From surfing in Hawaii to rock climbing in Colorado, his experience with fitness expands well beyond the standard "Globo-Gym". Working with Rory is all High-Intensity Interval Training, all the time.
Julie has a fun personality that will keep you moving, but combines it with a "tough love" attitude that is sure to make you sweat! Currently working at the top rehabilitation facility in the country, Julie has a love for helping others reach their goals, as well as a competitive spirit that pushes people beyond their limits. She has a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago, as well as a Group Fitness Instructor certification.
“More pain, More gain!” is Levi’s motto and there is no doubt of his "practice what you preach" mentality. In 2009, he experienced a tragic motorcycle accident that resulted in an amputated leg. After a full recovery, he completed his degree in Kinesiology from UIC to help assist his athletic career racing triathlons for team USA. Since then, he continues to help others train and has become the first and only above the knee amputee to ever run a sub 20:00 5K, making “One Legged Levi” the fastest amputee on the planet!
Sarah was a dancer for 20 years before she decided to turn her love of movement into a career of helping others by becoming a Strength, Conditioning, and Nutrition Coach. Sarah is from Chicago, IL, but loves traveling, and has been able to run in some amazing places such as the Negev Desert, through out the city of Florence, along the beaches of Thailand, and around the Old City in Jerusalem! Where will she run next?!
