Spring Speed Series - Week 4

Charge is teaming up with CharityTeams for the Charge Marathon Spring Speed Series presented by www.charityteams.com. This is a 14 week training series for runners preparing to run a half marathon or full marathon on the spring. This is for anyone training for those longer distances who want to build strength, speed, confidence and better form. This series will be LIVE on Charge Running every Tuesday night at 6 PM EST and start January 4th and conclude April 5th. Runners who want to participate at a different time will be able to run on demand in in our section of Hard Runs. This workout will build over time and get longer and more difficult.
