The Prevention Virtual Walk is hosted by Charge’s very own co-founder and trainer-extraordinaire, Coach Julie Wallock. Anyone around the world will be able to join in on the event via the Charge Running app LIVE! Did we mention it was absolutely, completely, totally free? Well, it is! Signing up for, participating in, and ultimately sharing all of your success online is 100% free for all! Participants will have opportunities throughout the event day to win all types of prizes, and purchase their very own Prevention Virtual Walk swag-bag!

As you prepare for the Prevention Virtual Walk 5K, get training insights with Prevention’s 4-Week Prep Plan. All who sign up for the event for the event will receive the plan. The plan offers guidance on holistic fitness, nutrition, and wellness for all people. Plus, with the Charge Running app you can become part of the Charge MOVE program. Charge hosts free virtual walking classes twice per day, Monday through Friday coached by professional, experienced coaches. Each Charge MOVE class focuses on the benefits of walking for 20 to 30 minutes per day.
